Summary
This study tests a new gene therapy, TN-201, in 30 adults with a type of heart muscle disease caused by a specific gene mutation (MYBPC3). The goal is to see if it is safe and can improve heart function and symptoms. Participants receive a single dose and are followed for side effects and quality of life changes.
