Summary
This study was designed to test three different types of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to see how they affect brain signals and the ability to learn new motor skills. It planned to enroll healthy right-handed adults aged 18 to 40. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
