First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study tested a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called TMS, guided by each person's unique brain map, in 22 children and adults with autism and language delays. The goal was to see if it's safe and might help improve language and social skills. Early results suggest the approach is feasible and may offer some benefit, but larger studies are needed.
