First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 39 times

Summary

This study looks at two surgical techniques, TMR and RPNI, used alone or together to reduce long-term pain in the remaining limb and phantom limb pain in cancer patients who have had an amputation. About 45 adults will be randomly assigned to one of three groups to see which approach works best. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage pain after amputation.
