Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety and best dose of a targeted radiation therapy (TMLI) combined with two chemotherapy drugs before a donor stem cell transplant. It includes 36 people with high-risk acute leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). The goal is to prepare the body for transplant by destroying cancer cells and making room for healthy donor stem cells.
