First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new drug called TLL-018 against an approved drug, tofacitinib, in people with active rheumatoid arthritis who did not get enough relief from or could not tolerate biologic treatments. About 459 adults aged 18–65 will take either TLL-018 or tofacitinib for several months. The main goal is to see if TLL-018 can reduce joint pain and swelling by at least 50% better than the comparison drug.
