New drug combo aims to tame tough kidney cancer

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two drugs, tivozanib and nivolumab, can help control advanced non-clear cell kidney cancer. About 48 adults with this rare type of kidney cancer will receive the treatment. The goal is to see if the combo is safe and effective at shrinking or slowing the cancer.
