Summary
This pilot study will test a mobile app called TIVA designed to promote positive mental health in family caregivers of older adults. 80 caregivers in Portugal will either use the app for 4 weeks or receive usual care. Researchers will measure changes in mental health, caregiver burden, and how usable and acceptable the app is.
