First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding tissue flossing to standard nerve glide exercises helps women with axillary web syndrome—a painful, cord-like condition under the arm after breast cancer surgery. 155 women aged 45-65 who had a partial mastectomy and lymph node removal took part. The goal was to reduce shoulder pain and improve movement using a combination of physical therapy techniques.
