Promising combo tackles Hard-to-Treat brain cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, tislelizumab and pemetrexed, in 28 adults whose primary central nervous system lymphoma (a type of brain cancer) has returned or not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and improve survival. Participants must be 19 or older and have confirmed DLBCL of the CNS that failed at least one prior chemotherapy.
