New hope for advanced lung cancer: triple therapy trial launches

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug tislelizumab to standard chemotherapy and chest radiation can help people with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer live longer without their disease getting worse. About 40 adults aged 18-80 who have not had prior treatment for this stage will take part. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective as a first treatment.
