Summary

This study tests a combination of five drugs (tislelizumab, cyclophosphamide, mitoxantrone liposomes, chidamide, and prednisone) in 40 adults newly diagnosed with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), a rare and aggressive blood cancer. The goal is to see if this mix improves tumor shrinkage and long-term survival. Participants must not have had prior treatment for AITL.
