First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving the drug tislelizumab before surgery can help people with a specific genetic type of colorectal cancer (dMMR/MSI-H). About 30 adults with stage II or III cancer will receive three doses of tislelizumab, then have surgery to remove the tumor. Researchers will check if the cancer disappears completely and monitor side effects for up to 5 years after treatment.
