Summary
This study tested a supplement called Tisina Complex in 84 adults aged 30-75 with mild memory problems and tinnitus (ringing in the ears). Participants took the supplement or a placebo daily for 90 days. Researchers measured changes in thinking skills and tinnitus symptoms to see if the supplement helped.
