NCT ID NCT07361250

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study tests a new, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called transcranial temporal interference stimulation (TIS) in 20 people with Parkinson's disease. The goal is to see if it can safely improve motor symptoms like tremor and stiffness. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either real TIS or a sham (fake) treatment, and neither they nor the researchers will know which group they are in.
