New Nerve-Focused therapy challenges traditional tennis elbow treatment

Summary
This study compares two physical therapy approaches for tennis elbow pain. 68 adults with lateral elbow pain will receive either traditional therapy or a newer 'Think in Nerve Length and Layers' (TINLL) approach. Researchers will measure pain levels, grip strength, and function over 4-6 weeks to see which method works better.
