Summary

This study tests if limiting eating to a 10-hour window each day can prevent gestational diabetes in pregnant women at high risk. Researchers will compare the time-restricted eating group to a group that eats normally. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change reduces the number of women who develop diabetes during pregnancy.
