First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether limiting eating to a 10-hour daily window can help overweight or obese adults maintain weight loss after losing at least 5% of their body weight. About 500 participants across China will either follow this time-restricted eating plan or receive standard weight-maintenance advice for 12 months. The goal is to see if the eating window helps prevent weight regain and improves overall health.
