Summary
This study looks at whether eating only during an 8-hour window each day (and fasting for 16 hours) can help women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) lose weight, improve blood sugar and cholesterol, and balance appetite-related hormones. Researchers will compare this approach to a standard calorie-restricted diet and also include a group of healthy women following the same time-restricted plan. The study involves 45 women aged 19-35 and lasts 12 weeks.
