Time-Restricted eating: a new hope for childhood obesity?
NCT ID NCT06583447
First seen May 19, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study compares two weight-loss approaches in children aged 8-17 with obesity: time-restricted eating (eating only within a 12-hour window each day) versus standard calorie restriction. Over 48 weeks, researchers will track changes in BMI and how well participants stick to the diet. The goal is to find a simpler, more sustainable way to manage childhood obesity.
