TIMING IS EVERYTHING: new study tests if morning or afternoon chemo beats bladder cancer better

NCT ID NCT07346053

First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving standard advanced bladder cancer drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) in the morning or afternoon changes how well they work or how bad the side effects are. About 224 adults with advanced bladder cancer will be randomly assigned to get their treatment either before 11:30 a.m. or after 1:30 p.m. The goal is to see if timing based on the body's internal clock can improve outcomes.
