Summary

This study tests a new treatment called GT307, which uses a patient's own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) to fight advanced solid tumors. About 18 adults who have not responded to standard treatments will receive this personalized cell therapy. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose, while also looking at how well it shrinks tumors.
