First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This early study tests a personalized cell therapy for people with advanced gastrointestinal cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. Doctors take immune cells from the patient's own tumor, grow them in a lab, and give them back through an IV. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors and improve survival, while monitoring side effects.
