First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a personalized cell therapy (TIL injection) for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or come back. Doctors take immune cells from a patient's own tumor, grow them in a lab, and infuse them back after mild chemotherapy. The main goal is to check safety and see if tumors shrink. Only 12 adults will take part.
