First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called NK510 for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that no longer responds to standard immunotherapy. NK510 are natural killer cells modified to block a protein called TIGIT, which may help them attack cancer more effectively. The study involves 12 participants and will evaluate safety and tumor response using two methods: intravenous infusion or direct injection into fluid around the lungs.
