Summary
This study tested a special counseling method called the Tidal Model for mothers of children with autism. The goal was to see if it could reduce the shame and judgment they feel (internalized stigma) and improve their overall mental well-being. 34 mothers took part, and the program focused on supportive conversations and understanding their personal experiences.
