Summary
This study looked at 40 people with severe leg artery blockages (critical limb ischemia) to see if opening one or multiple arteries with angioplasty works better. The goal was to save the leg from major amputation and help wounds heal. Researchers compared outcomes between patients who had one blocked artery treated versus those with multiple blockages treated.
