Summary

This study tests whether thymosin alpha-1, an immune-boosting drug, helps people with advanced lung cancer complete a full year of immunotherapy after standard chemoradiation. About 114 participants will be randomly assigned to receive thymosin alpha-1 or not. The goal is to see if it improves survival and reduces side effects like pneumonia.
