Summary
This study followed 85 men with an enlarged prostate who had a laser surgery called Thulium Fiber Laser Enucleation. The goal was to see how quickly a surgeon could learn the procedure and how well it improved urinary symptoms and quality of life over one year. The results help doctors understand the learning process and the benefits of this minimally invasive treatment.
