First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding thoracic (upper back) mobilization exercises to a core stabilization program helps people with chronic non-specific neck pain. 54 adults with neck pain lasting at least 3 months took part. Researchers measured pain and disability to see if the combined approach works better than core exercises alone.
