NCT ID NCT06991140

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding gentle upper back (thoracic) mobility exercises to a standard core stabilization program provides extra relief for people with chronic non-specific neck pain. Fifty-four adults with neck pain lasting at least 3 months participated. Researchers measured changes in pain and disability to see if the combined approach works better than core exercises alone.
