Summary
This study compared two different approaches—orofacial therapy and therapeutic yoga—to see which might better help children with Down syndrome. Thirty children, aged 5 to 12, participated. Researchers measured improvements in swallowing, sleep habits, and overall quality of life over 12 weeks.
