Summary

This study tests a 7-session therapeutic song-writing program for young people aged 13 to 24 with mild to moderate depression. Participants will either join the program or be placed on a waitlist. Researchers will measure changes in depression, anxiety, self-stigma, hope, and social support to see if songwriting can improve mental health.
