New radiation therapy aims to shrink tough prostate cancers

Summary
This study is for people with metastatic prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy. It tests a new drug called [212Pb]Pb-ADVC001, which delivers a precise dose of radiation directly to cancer cells. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease. About 100 participants will be enrolled.
