Summary

This early-phase study tests a two-part system: one radioactive substance helps doctors see pancreatic cancer tumors on scans, and another delivers targeted radiation therapy. The goal is to check safety and find the right dose in 30 adults with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
