Summary

This study tests whether theophylline, a drug already used for asthma, can help children and young adults with pseudohypoparathyroidism, a rare genetic disorder that causes early obesity, short stature, and hormone problems. Participants who completed a prior trial will take theophylline to see if it leads to weight loss and better hormone balance. The main goal is to check for side effects and changes in body mass index (BMI).
