Summary

This study tests whether theophylline, a drug used for asthma, can help people with pseudohypoparathyroidism lose weight and improve blood sugar control. About 29 teens and adults with this rare genetic condition will take the drug to see if it reduces obesity and diabetes risk. The goal is to manage symptoms, not cure the disease.
