Summary
This early-phase trial tested an experimental drug called TGN-S11 in 28 people with advanced HPV-related cancers that had come back or spread. The main goal was to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. Some participants also received a second drug (a PD-1 checkpoint blocker) to boost the immune response.
