NCT ID NCT07459114

First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called TGD001 in about 70 adults with acute episodes of immune-mediated thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (iTTP) or other thrombotic microangiopathies (TMA). The goal is to check the drug's safety and how well it works at stopping dangerous blood clots. Participants will receive the drug in an open-label, adaptive design, meaning doses may be adjusted based on early results.
