First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested a new medicine called TG103, given as a weekly shot, in 465 adults with type 2 diabetes whose blood sugar was not well controlled by diet and exercise alone. The goal was to see if TG103 could lower blood sugar levels and help with weight loss. The study is now complete, and results will show how well the treatment works compared to a placebo.
