Texting your way to better hearing: NHS tests florence for hearing aids

Summary
This study tests whether a text-messaging system called Florence can help new hearing aid users wear their devices more often. About 70 adults getting their first NHS hearing aid will either receive standard care or also get supportive texts. The goal is to see if this simple approach improves hearing aid use and quality of life.
