Can a simple text keep HIV under control?

NCT ID NCT06745050

Summary

This study is testing whether personalized text messages can help women with HIV in Kenya remember to take their daily medication. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving supportive texts plus standard care, and one receiving standard care alone. The goal is to see if the text messages lead to more women having undetectable levels of the virus in their blood after six months.
