Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called TEV-53408 in 38 adults with vitiligo, a condition that causes white patches on the skin. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and to check for side effects. Participants receive the drug as a shot for 24 weeks, then are monitored for 40 more weeks. This study does not aim to cure vitiligo, but to gather safety information for future research.
