Summary
This study follows 211 people with IgA nephropathy who previously took a 6-9 month course of the steroid methylprednisolone in the TESTING trial. Researchers want to see if the steroid helped prevent end-stage kidney disease (needing dialysis or a transplant) over the long term. The goal is to understand how well the treatment works based on dose, ethnicity, and kidney function.
