Summary
This study aims to see if special spectacle lenses can slow down the worsening of nearsightedness in children. It will involve 185 children aged 6-12 with mild to moderate nearsightedness, who will wear either standard or special 'myopia control' lenses for two years. The goal is to find a simple, non-invasive way to control a common condition that can lead to serious eye problems later in life.
