Summary
This study tests a device that uses mild electrical stimulation to keep the airway open during sleep in people with obstructive sleep apnea who cannot tolerate CPAP. About 186 adults with mild to moderate sleep apnea will use the device at home for 3 months. The goal is to see if it reduces breathing pauses and improves sleepiness and quality of life compared to usual CPAP care.
