Summary
This study looked at how tesamorelin, a daily injection, affects body fat and muscle in people with HIV-related lipodystrophy (abnormal fat buildup). Six participants received the drug for up to 12 months, with tests measuring liver fat, belly fat, metabolism, and insulin sensitivity. The goal was to see if tesamorelin can improve body composition and reduce health risks.
