Can a targeted drug make immunotherapy work better for lung cancer?

NCT ID NCT05782361

First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests two drugs together—tepotinib and pembrolizumab—in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if adding tepotinib can help pembrolizumab work better, especially in tumors that don't respond well to immunotherapy alone. About 19 adults with or without a specific MET gene mutation will take part.
