Summary
This study aimed to see which of three different injections works best for reducing tennis elbow pain. Researchers compared platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from a patient's own blood, Botox (botulinum toxin), and steroid injections. The trial involved 13 people with persistent elbow pain and measured their pain levels and function over six months.
