New injection combo may ease stubborn tennis elbow pain

NCT ID NCT07410663

First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a series of three injections containing hyaluronic acid and amino acids, combined with a home exercise program, can reduce pain and improve function in people with chronic tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis). Researchers reviewed medical records of 60 adults aged 18 to 70 who had symptoms for at least 6 weeks. The goal is to see if the injection-plus-exercise approach works better than exercise alone.
